This week has been very busy! With the start of the week being very rain dominent, the exploration of the huge puddles that formed in our garden was a big focus. There was lots of discussion around why it rains, what clouds are made of and weather in general. With all the splashing, the children grew more interested in the formation of the bubbles and the exploration of bubbles and creating the biggest or the most, continued indoors using different tools to explore bubble making!
The children continued to put their pirate hats on and hunt for treasure hidden around the garden, following the map where x marked several spots with hidden treasure chests. The children showed such great team work! Well done.
We also enjoyed different textures this week, such as shaving foam and paint, and expressed our creativity through clothes designing and various contructions!
